Return & Refund Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on our website. We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice whenever deemed necessary and, when applicable, to use our discretion for any final decisions in regards to issues arising between our two parties.

ORDER ADJUSTMENT/CANCELLATION

1. After finalising the checkout of an order, you may adjust certain details by contacting us via support@masnine.com within 12 hours of order placement. Following this, the order will be sent to production, and you will no longer be able to adjust order details or cancel the order. Please note that if you cancel your order for any reason, you will be responsible for a 6% payment fee as this fee is non-refundable.

2. Please note that:

- The design of personalised items cannot be adjusted after the order has been successfully finalised.

- You may make changes to your ordered item’s color and/or size unless that change results in any fluctuation in the price of the final item.

- Please contact us within 8 hours of order placement if you would like to cancel some items in your order which had had one or more promotions applied. Furthermore, please note that your order may no longer be eligible for the promotion.

RETURN

1. Time Frame for Return Requests:

- You may initiate a return request within 30 days from delivery date.

- The 30-day return period begins from the day you received the item(s).

2. Cases where customers can request a return:

- Orders have inconsistent quality such as pictures, incorrect colors, defective products, torn,... In all cases related to product quality, Masnine would like to take full responsibility and discuss with you to come up with the best solution.

- Within 30 - 45 working days from the date you place your order, the order has not been delivered to your address.

3. Any complaints regarding product quality or defects from Masnine must be submitted to the email address: support@masnine.com within 7 days of receipt shown on the tracking details of the package. and the complaint must have sufficient evidence as follows:

-In the event of a defective product: a photo of any damaged parts on the actual product received.

- Incorrect delivery of the ordered product (eg: different model / different color / different size compared to the order confirmation): photo of the actual product received, especially for products with a size that does not match the order. Measurements specified in the sizechart require a photo of the item when measured with a ruler.

- Photo(s) of the original shipping label of the product received.

4. We will review and provide a suitable solution for you within 2 days from the date we receive the full proof of your complaint.

5. If your claim proof qualifies for a return, we'll email you a confirmation. Within 07 days from the date of confirmation, the return will be processed by us. You will have 2 return methods to choose from from us:
a) Replace with another product

- In this option, you will be able to choose any other product at our store to replace the old product.

- You will still receive your replacement product tracking number in about 1-7 days from the date of production start.

b) Refund

- If your order is eligible and you request a refund, we will refund you 100%.

- After we process your refund request, you can receive your refund in 3 -5 business days. Note that when the refund will be in your account depends on your payment service provider.

- Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means the money will leave our account immediately. If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card issuer, it can be a while before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted. We've seen some credit card issuers take up to 30 days to prove that the refund has been refunded to the card. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

6. Return Fee:

- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

- If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not related to our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

- The return fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.

7. Do not arbitrarily return your goods under any circumstances without our prior request. We are not responsible for any loss or expense arising from your actions. If there is a problem with your order, feel free to contact us via support@masnine.com within 07 working days from the date you received the item to talk about your complaint. Our customer support will help provide a replacement or refund if you qualify.

DISCLAIMER

1. You must provide all information and/or documentation in connection with your order(s) placed in our store upon request. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your customer account if fraudulent activity is detected, or refuse support if you do not sufficiently provide complete or accurate information and documents as per our refund.

2. We shall not assume any liabilities for any loss or shipment delivery failure due to: the recipient’s unavailability, incorrect or insufficient address, package refusal, or theft of goods after delivery. Therefore, please take care to ensure your information is correct before checking out. After your order is completed, if you find any mistakes in the order confirmation, please contact us at support@masnine.com as soon as possible to receive prompt support.

3. We shall not assume any liabilities for a claim due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
