Masnine with its head office at 62 Thai Van Lung, Da Nang City, Vietnam along with a production building is located on an area of nearly 10,000 square meters in Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province.L. We have two factories, each factory is about 4,000 square meters with modern production lines. The total number of employees involved in the production is 100 people, so the factory can produce 5000 polo shirts a day.
HOW DOES MASNINE’S POLO SHIRT PRODUCTION LINE WORK?
After the customer has finalized the shirt model and color that the customer wants. The company will allow the production of shirts, no matter how small or large the number of orders for shirt printing, the production process must still follow a certain order.
Whether it is a simple t-shirt to evening dresses, it still needs to be designed. The design step is considered to be the most important foundational step in the production line. From here, you will choose the most suitable model among hundreds of designs.
Masnine has its own design team. They will use their creativity to create products that are in line with trends or designed according to the ideas of customers.
With the desire to make the wearer comfortable and in line with fashion trends, it must also have high applicability and brand imprint. We chose Polyester fabric with many outstanding advantages such as good durability, good water resistance, ease to wash, and resistant to mildew and bacteria.
Step 2. Printing shirt
The printing department will stretch the frame, take copies and finish the printing frame. The printing techniques will be tinted according to the customer's requirements. The semi-finished products will be spread on the printing table and the printing process will begin. After finishing the print, the printing unit will pass through the press to increase the adhesion to the fabric of the image. These steps are done automatically, creating extremely fast performance.
Fabric cutting in a clothing production line is different from manual cutting. We will proceed to spread the fabric to a certain size. Then use an industrial cutter to cut the layers of fabric on top of each other. The operator is only responsible for keeping the machine on the correct line drawn in advance. Fabric cutters also need certain experience. The purpose is to avoid the situation of being skewed, and slanting leading to damage to a lot of fabrics.
Aesthetics is a factor that is emphasized in this period. Conducted simultaneously through each layer of fabric to create synchronization. Then proceed to remove and process damaged products to move to the next stage.
Step 4. Ironing of semi-finished products.After being cut, the fabric is ironed before sewing and assembling.
Step 5. Sewing finished productsUse pieces of fabric that have been cut to sew into a finished product. The requirements in this step require sewing parts to comply with the design pattern. Usually this step will be divided into different parts. There is a group that sews the neck part, a group sews the body, a group sews the hands… and the last group will assemble it into a finished product.
Step 6. Ironing after sewing is doneOnce a product has been finished by tailors, it is delivered to be ironed.
Step 7. Product classification and quality checkThis is the last step but is also extremely important in the production line. Products will be sorted by size, rejecting defective products, and checking every stitch. Finished products will be packaged and sent to the distribution department. From here the clothes will be brought to the user's hands.
